    One of the older dorms on campus. Three floors, no particular negative aspects to mention. First floor is the designated quiet floor, the other two are themed floors that may vary from time to time.

    I live in the Park Side building and I love the location. Large 2 bedroom apartment, walking distance from anything you could need in town, lots of parking, and pet friendly! The only downside is there is only one window in this apartment, but the large space definitely makes up for it, and the Foothills staff let us know about that ahead of time. Would definitely recommend Foothills for anyone looking for a place in Farmington!

    Does not go above or beyond, the only free ATM's are at their branches. I ran into overdraft instances with them because they re-applied a paper statement fee at least 4 times after I had gone through the process of getting that charge removed. The account I signed up for, an e-checking wasn't even supposed to have paper statements in the first place.
